We want you to feel confident working with us. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for services provided by Blendly Agency - Cosmunity.

30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our work, you may request a refund within 30 days of your first payment for a given engagement. We will refund the fees paid for that engagement, less the value of any deliverables already completed and accepted by you. To request a refund, simply email us at [email protected] and we will respond within 2 business days.
One-time projects
For fixed-scope projects such as websites or branding, deposits paid before work begins are refundable within the 30-day window described above, less any work already performed. Once a project is completed, delivered, and accepted, the fees for that completed work are non-refundable.
Monthly & recurring services
Recurring services such as SEO, digital marketing, paid ad management, and lead delivery are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future charges; the current month’s fee is non-refundable once work for that month has started, except as covered by the 30-day guarantee above. Any third-party ad spend you have funded is handled separately and is not a Blendly Agency fee.
How to cancel
To cancel a service, email [email protected] or call (714) 710-1033 with your business name and the service you wish to cancel. We will confirm your cancellation in writing.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.
